Ringvägen 100 – Musikflotten

Thank you, Skandia Fastigheter for a wonderful evening! And a big thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday aboard “Musikflotten” by Strandvägen to hear more about the exciting development of Skandia Fastigheter’s commercial block at Ringvägen 100 in Skanstull. At Studio Stockholm Arkitektur, we are excited to be part of the development of this unique urban block – a place with a rich history, strong character and so much potential. The block brings together five different properties, built in different eras, each with its own identity, qualities and unique story to tell. Our ambition is to uncover and strengthen the character of each building, while creating a strong and cohesive identity for the block as a whole. With its prominent location in Skanstull, the block has the potential to become an important piece in strengthening the area as an attractive office destination, while adding another unique asset to Skandia Fastigheter’s impressive office portfolio.The journey has only just begun. Skandia Fastigheter has started to lift several parts of the block, and through a number of upcoming projects, the ambition is to further strengthen the quality, identity and overall office offering.
